Woman’s Ministry

Our desire is to create a safe and life-giving space for women of all ages to be encouraged, inspired, refreshed, equipped, and championed to be all that God created and intended us to be, so that we can be empowered to use our unique gifts and calling to advance the Kingdom in our various places of influence.

Arise

Arise is an annual event we run for all the incredible women at KingsGate. It is a time where we actively push pause on ‘life as we know it’ and give God unhindered time and space to meet with us and minster to us. It is a time where we come together to encourage one another, be reminded of our value and worth as God’s daughters and discover more of who God has called us to be. We get equipped in God’s Word through a preach, testimonies, or stories, and we usually have times of extended worship, ministry, and prayer, as well as time to connect with each other and enjoy each others company. Even though this event is mainly for our KingsGate women, any other women are welcome to attend. Please contact the church office for further details.

Hillsong Colour

Colour is the annual global women’s conference of Hillsong Church. For over 25 years, Colour has gathered leaders and everyday women to an environment that champions “the spirit of womanhood” in an open, honest and trustworthy way. It appeals to women of every age, demographic and social sphere. It is unapologetically faith based, with a strong emphasis on mobilising women to be the change and positive influence they desire.

The atmosphere and experience is warm, inclusive and inspiring. The COLOUR Conference is much more than an annual event that gathers thousands of women across four major cities and continents. It is an ever growing global movement of everyday women, seeking to create a stance for justice, change and influence. It is a story of “divine grace” and it’s ability to find its way into the human heart and weave the story of God’s great love into the lives of those seeking a better world.
