One of the most exciting things about the bible story is that it is a global story reaching to every continent, country, neighbourhood, and indeed to every person. Our vision as a church is ‘On Earth as it is in Heaven’. This vision helps keep us focussed on the bigger picture: God redeeming and restoring everything that is broken and lost in this world.
Throughout the New Testament, Christians are called to partner in the work of the Gospel with churches and Christians both resourcefully and relationally (1 Cor. 16). As a church, we seek to partner with churches and networks in our city, in our nation, and internationally in order to fulfill Jesus’ Great Commission to make disciples of all nations.
Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit
But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you. And you will be my witnesses, telling people about me everywhere--in Jerusalem, throughout Judea, in Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.
From the ends of the earth we hear singing: Glory to the Righteous One.
